MANAGING THE EMOTIONS OF CHANGE.

Today more than ever, the success of enterprises and organizations hinges on the question of whether or not the workforce is willing and able to rise to emerging challenges.
It is not uncommon for managers and employees to experience anxiety and uncertainty when change initiatives commence.
One of the success factors of Quadriga Consult is our consultants’ ability to engage, train and mentor people.

Our Logo – The Story

Sometimes it’s time for change—we have felt very comfortable here. The office building where Quadriga Consult was founded in 2011 was originally constructed as a residential house in the first half of the 19th century. Located at Theresienstraße 8 in Starnberg by the lake of the same name, it is among the architectural monuments of this beautiful city (see the List of monuments in Starnberg).

In the building itself, as well as in the ivy-covered garden house, were the studios of Johann von Halbig (* July 13, 1814, in Donnersdorf, Bavaria; † August 29, 1882, in Munich), a German sculptor of Classicism and brother of  Andreas Halbig.

Among many other works, Johann von Halbig created the four-horse chariot with colossal lions—the Quadriga—for the Victory Gate in Munich.

Since 2024, we have consolidated our strengths as part of the T&O Group in Munich. You can find the new coordinates here on our website.
