T&O Group | Merger – T&O Management Consulting Schweiz AG and agiplan ag merge to form T&O Group Schweiz AG, combining their established consulting and planning expertise for the Swiss market.
CIM AACHEN / T&O Group – CIM Aachen GmbH joins the T&O Group, expanding our portfolio with expertise in Digital Excellence.
T&O Group US Inc – Establishment of our US branch and expansion of our international presence.
agiplan ag and T&O Switzerland move into their new shared office in Zurich, bringing more expertise together at one location.
QUADRIGA CONSULT / T&O Group – QUADRIGA CONSULT becomes part of the T&O Group, expanding our expertise in the automotive, aviation and shipbuilding industries.

T&O Mobility Maintenance – The Mobility Maintenance business unit is established as the independent T&O Mobility Maintenance brand, bringing together our expertise for railway and public transport operators.
Lean & Green / T&O Group – The Lean & Green initiative becomes part of the T&O Group, focusing on excellence and sustainability in organisations.
T&O Group – T&O sets an ambitious annual growth target of 20%, marking the beginning of the vision that would later evolve into the T&O Group.
Lean & Green – Launch of the Lean & Green Management Award to recognise outstanding achievements in Lean Management and sustainability.
