The Best Practice event

The award ceremony takes place at the annual Lean & Green Summit. In keeping with the motto ‘learning with and from the best’, the winners of the Lean & Green Management Award share their success stories there. By holding the event at one of the previous year's winners, all participants can experience best practice in a practical setting. The Lean & Green Summit 2026 will take place on 29 October at Gerhard Schubert GmbH in Crailsheim.

Lean & Green Summit 2025 at Villeroy & Boch, Mettlach

Review

The Lean & Green Summit 2025 took place on October 9 at Villeroy & Boch AG in Mettlach/Saar. As usual, the winners of the Lean & Green Management Award 2025 provided exciting and exclusive insights into their recipes for success and were able to convey practical suggestions.

Around 90 participants from various industries took advantage of the opportunity to learn from the award-winning companies. During a tour of the Villeroy & Boch factory, participants learned how lean management approaches can be intelligently combined with green aspects and Industry 4.0 applications.

This best practice event offers all participants plenty of opportunity for discussion, personal exchange, and valuable networking. A day full of inspiration, orientation, and concrete added value.
