During the implementation phase, we consistently execute concepts, detailed plans, and contracted services. Defined requirements are transformed into built structures, installed systems, and operational processes. We coordinate all parties involved, manage interfaces, and ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality specifications are met.

Implementation means more than just construction supervision. We provide technical and organizational support during implementation, check the integration capability of logistics systems, IT, and building structures, and ensure functionality in later operation. Critical transitions between planning, construction, system suppliers, and operators are actively managed to ensure that individual trades come together to form a functioning overall solution.

In this phase, T&O Group and agiplan.ch take responsibility for structured implementation through to commissioning. The result is a logistics solution that is not only planned, but also implemented on schedule and sustainably anchored in operation.

Implementation and commissioning management

We manage the entire implementation phase and coordinate the commissioning of all systems. In doing so, we plan and monitor processes, coordinate trades, and accompany the implementation until operational readiness is achieved.

We closely examine PLC and IT specifications and define clear interface specifications. Finally, we validate processes and systems to ensure that the solution functions stably under real conditions.


Interface coordination Construction & logistics

We ensure smooth coordination between general planners, logistics service providers, and clients. We clarify responsibilities, synchronize deadlines, and resolve conflicts of interest at an early stage.

This ensures that construction measures, technical systems, and logistical requirements mesh together without friction losses.


Client representation

During implementation, we represent the interests of the client and monitor compliance with defined specifications. We check the quality of execution, progress against schedule, and technical implementation in the areas of logistics and production.

We address deviations at an early stage and ensure consistent implementation of the agreed requirements.


Relocation management

We plan the relocation process in detail and clearly structure deadlines, resources, and processes. We identify risks at an early stage and develop appropriate countermeasures.

During implementation, we coordinate all parties involved and ensure that the transition to the new structure is as smooth as possible.


Acceptance management

We provide structured support for preliminary acceptance tests, official inspections, and final acceptance tests, and document the results in a comprehensible manner. In doing so, we consistently check performance and availability specifications.

We systematically follow up on open issues until all requirements have been met and the plant can be approved.


Controlling

We continuously monitor costs, deadlines, and quality, regularly comparing target and actual values. We analyze deviations transparently and initiate appropriate measures.

Structured reports provide clarity on the project status and ensure that the defined project goals are achieved.
