We understand Operational Excellence (OPEX) as a holistic system for significantly increasing corporate performance. Our approach includes two focal points: On the one hand, we support companies in quickly achieving strategic and operational key figures in acute challenges. With experience and focus, we quickly identify potentials, coordinate measures, and closely accompany their implementation with the organization (Task Force Approach).
 

 

On the other hand, we help companies achieve a sustainable value creation system by establishing systems and routines that secure robust processes and enable continuous improvements (Excellence Systems). Our focus is on guiding organizations from reactive troubleshooting to stable and efficient corporate processes. Especially in uncertain economic times, this increases the necessary transformation capability and secures sustainable business success in the market. We place particular emphasis on optimizing internal company interfaces to create an agile, effective foundation for the operationalization of strategies.

Task Force

With our Task Force approach, we specifically support companies in acute challenges such as issues in cost structure, declining sales, delivery or quality problems, or even growth challenges. The areas of action can vary depending on the situation across all business areas – from core value creation processes to logistics and supply chain to quality areas, maintenance, or administrative functions. The focus is on the rapid identification of potentials that are crucial to stabilize the situation and initiate sustainable improvements. Together with the relevant internal stakeholders, we develop tailored solutions and a clear implementation plan. We closely accompany the implementation to ensure that the measures are effective and impactful. Our approach combines experience, structure, and pragmatism to get companies back on track in challenging situations.

The starting point for optimization is a T&O assessment, which serves as the basis for further optimization. Assessment results are financially and operationally measurable improvement goals in project form that can be implemented immediately and often without capital investment.

Excellence Systems
