Valid participation in the Lean & Green Management Award only takes place when the completed questionnaire is returned (deadline: April 30, 2026).
When filling out the questionnaire, pay attention to the following points:
- Please fill out the questionnaire completely. If certain values are not available, qualified estimates or approximate calculations are also possible.
- If certain questions are not relevant to you, please use the comment function in the individual cells or use the comment fields.
- Filling out the questions is possible either via checkboxes, dropdowns or text fields.
- Most of the questions ask for a qualitative rating on a scale of 1 to 5.
- A 100% split is requested for some questions. Please distribute your values accordingly.
- All questions serve as an initial orientation. In the case of an assessment, information per category is inspected in detail.
- You are also welcome to send us sets of slides, comments and explanations separately for the questionnaire within a manageable framework.
- There are no costs associated with the download. Costs only arise when you qualify for an assessment. You can find more information here.
